Normally, you receive your download link after all editing and licensing of the music has been completed. If the event had a small number of groups performing, as in 2 to 4, your download link would arrive by email approximately 2 to 3 weeks after the concerts. If your event was larger as in 10 to 25 performing groups, expect a longer wait time such as 4 to 6 weeks after the concert.

Obviously, if you order at the concerts or order online immediately afterwards, you have to wait. If you delay ordering by weeks or months, your download might arrive the very next day. We strive to expedite shipping and download links as quickly as possible, but some circumstances are beyond our control. Thanks in advance for your patience.

Use the "contact us" button on the home page and submit information about the recording that you need. If we don't have it, we will direct you to someone who does?
